The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is for CMHA Peel Dufferin (“CMHA PD”) to extend an invitation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for review of services to support alignment with Stepped Care model, building on redesign effort which reduce wait times. Inform effective framework implementation, and quality of life measures. Develop training for staff, including implementation, knowledge and skills. Review of services to support alignment with Stepped Care model. That will inform framework implementation, develop marketing materials, training of staff and implementation plan, review and evaluate of service model, support development of evaluation framework for overall project and identify metrics of success.  Further details provided within this document.
